Mystery of the Riverbed was inspired by the thoughts of what it must have been like for the Natives of the Plains coming across the strange remains of the creatures that roamed the lands before. This piece captures the moment and curiosity of this Native crossing paths with what is left of a Mammoth from times long gone.
